Kako zaposliti najboljeg zaposlenika koji će tvrtku učiniti boljom i profitabilnijom je jedno od važnijih tema za učinkovito upravljanje tvrtkom. 

Povećanje prodaje je cilj svake tvrtke koja teži ka većem uspjehu. Strategija zapošljavanja novih ljidi može značajno utjecati na sposobnost tvrtke da poveća prodaju i ostvari veći uspjeh. Stoga uspješne tvrtke znaju kako zaposliti pravu osobu koja će povećati vrijednost tvrtke i poboljšati njenu spospbnost stvaranja veće zarade. 

Nisu svi zaposlenici isti i uspješne tvrtke razlikuju četiri različite kategorije onih koji se žele zaposliti. Od onih koji se nalaze unutar te četiri kategorije samo oni zaposlenici iz jedne kategorije su na meti tvrtki koje znaju kako stvoriti moćnu organizaciju koja neprekidno raste i ostvaruje veći uspjeh. 

Oni koji zapošljavaju nagledali su se svega i čuli su svašta. Ljudi im dolaze u potrazi za poslom, no mnogi kandidati ne odgovaraju onome što traže. Čak i one koje su zaposlili, nakon negog vremena, moraju pustiti da idu dalje jer se tijekom vremena pokazalo kako nisu idealni za njihovu tvrtku.

 

Kako zaposliti najboljeg zaposlenika?

Zapošljavanje je odgovornost tvrtke i ona snosi posljedice kada zaposli nekoga tko ne odgovara viziji i misiji tvrtke. Uspješne tvrtke se ne žale na loše zaposlenike, one zapošljavaju ljude koji čine njiihovu organizaciju sve boljom i profitabilnijom.

Zapošljavanje najbolje kategorije zaposlenika dolazi kada tvrtka razumije motivaciju i sposobnosti potencijalnog zaposlenika koji dolazi na razgovor za posao.

Tvrka koja zapošljava može gledati potencijalne kandidate za zapošljavanje prema motivaciji, sposobnostima i vještinama, enuzijazmu, karakternim odlikama, edukaciji i treningu, iskustvu te najvažnije, prema operativnoj inteligenciji.

Kada tvrtka pronađe zaposlenika koji odgovara traženim standardima, sasvim je sigurno kako će tvrtka od tog trenutka bolje i profitabilnije poslovati. Tvrtka ne zapošljava nekoga da tu osobu situira i pomogne joj dignuti kredit za novu kuću. Tvrtka  zapošljava ljude kako bi postigla primarni razlog zapošljavanja - povećanje vrijednost tvrtke.

 

Četiri vrste zaposlenika

Znati kako zaposliti najboljeg zaposlenika predstavlja kompetitivnu prednost nad konkurentima koji ne znaju koga točno zaposliti te tko bi im bio najbolji za poboljšanje poslovanja tvrtke.

Pri pokušaju da se zaposle, četiri vrste kandidata dolaze na uvodni razgovor za zapošljavanje:

1. Onaj koji želi sigurnost.

2. Onaj koji želi postati konkurent.

3. Onaj koji želi moć i svrgnuti direktora ili preuzeti tvrtku.

4. Onaj tko je odan i predano radi na poboljšanju tvrtke.

 

Onaj koji želi sigurnost - zaposlenik kojeg uspješne tvrtke ne žele

U ovoj se kategoriji zaposlenika nalaze oni koji će odraditi svoj posao korektno i na način koji zadovoljava minimalne uvjete. Doći će na vrijeme na posao i također otići na vrijeme. No čim otiđu s posla, zaboravit će na tvrtku u kojoj rade, njenu viziju i misiju. Njima nije važna tvrtka, već njihova plaća koja im osigurava preživljavanje u “okrutnom svijetu”.

Zaposleniku koji želi sigurnosti nije važan uspjeh tvrtke u kojoj radi. Njega ne zanima kako tvrtka posluje i jesu li kupci zadovoljni. Njega jedino brine kada dolazi dan za isplatu plaće. Ako tvrtka potone, on neće podmetnuti leđa da pomogne u rješavanju krize; on će jednostavno naći novi posao, ostavljajući tvrtku u živom blatu da se koprca kako zna.

Onaj tko želi sigurnost, neće poboljšatu tvrtku u kojoj radi, on će je crpiti dokle god to ima smisla. Njemu tvrtka u kojoj radi nije projek  kojim se ponosi, ona je za njega krava muzara čija je jedina dužnost da isporučuje plaću kako imao kakvu-takvu sigurnost i mogao nastaviti sa svojim životom.

Ozbiljne tvrtke koje sebi žele dobro nikada ne zapošljavaju takve zaposlenike.

 

Onaj koji želi postati konkurent - vrlo rizičan za daljni rast tvrtke

Ovu vrstu zaposlenika je vrlo teško prepoznati jer su marljivi radnici, brzo uče, super su entuziastični i vrlo dobri u svom poslu. Međutim, njihov je jedini cilj naučiti sve najsitnije detalje o poslu kojim se tvrtka bavi i onda otvoriti svoju tvrtku i postati najljući konkurent.

Sve što tvrtka nauči takvog zaposlenika kasnije će se obiti o glavu tvrtke. Sve što sazna i nauči, iskoristit će da izbaci tvrtku iz poslovanja jednom kada postane konkurent. Sve će raditi isto kao i tvrtka koja ga je odgojila te će pokupiti dobar dio tržišta koje je tvrtka imala. Neki takvi zaposlenici čak povuku sa sobom klijente tvrtke i praktički ih otmu iz adresara.

Niti jedna uspješna tvrtka ne želi zaposliti takve nelojalne zaposlenike.

 

Onaj koji želi moć i svrgnuti direktora ili preuzeti tvrtku - na vrhu liste nepoželjnih zaposlenika

Ovu kategoriju zaposlenika je još teže prepoznati nego predhodnu. Oni rade još jače, više i duže od svih u tvrtki. Ostaju prekovremeno, skupljaju bodove i grade svoju karijeru s vrlo sebičnim ciljem - srušiti direktora ili vlasnika i preuzeti kontrolu nad tvrtkom. Povijest je puna ovakvih amicioznih zaposlenika. Mnogi su vlasnici izgubili svoje tvrtke koje su godinama gradili i razvijali.

Napredne strategije marketinga i prodaje mogu učiniti kvantni skok u načinu na koji tvrtka zarađuje. igra i istraživanje 4  kako ih prepoznati, kada dođu na intervju, svi su isti?
